2020 Nissan RogueThe 2020 Nissan Rogue performs a number of things really well; perhaps that’s why it’s Nissan’s number one selling vehicle. It is also one of the best selling compact crossovers on the market. This year features some new options and new driver assists.

Stylish and Practical Exterior

The Rogue features a powerful, aerodynamic exterior that also has a number of convenience features. It features a roof rack with a 165-pound load capacity and power heated side mirrors (turn signal indicators are optional). It features chrome accents on the rear and grille, and chrome door handles are available. The rear spoiler gives it a bit of a sporty look as well.

You’ve got your choice of wheels, from the base 17″ to the more upscale 19″ wheels available on upper trim levels.

Power

All Rogues come with the same engine, a 2.5L four-cylinder engine giving you 175 horsepower and 175 foot-pounds of torque. It can also tow up to 1,102 pounds if you need to haul some extra luggage on your trips. This comes with a 2 speed continuously variable transmission to maximize its efficiency

Performance

Four-wheel Independent suspension gives you a peaceful ride on any road, and multi-link rear suspension reduces road noise. Speed-sensing power steering is also included. Sequential sport shift is a nice added feature for those that link to tinker, this lets you set the RPMs for each gear shift. Front-wheel drive is standard, while some trim levels also feature all-wheel drive.

Efficiency

You’ll get 26 miles per gallon city driving and 33 mpg on the highway in your Rogue, and it comes with a 14.5-gallon fuel tank. This means you can get almost 500 miles out of a single tank of gas! Great for those long road trips.

Spacious Interior

You’ve got plenty of space for either passengers or cargo; the front seat gets a nice bonus with 43 inches of legroom. If it’s just you hauling your cargo, you can fold down the rear seats for a surprisingly large 70 cubic feet of space.

Comfort

The Rogue has 3 different trim levels, and each gives you different features and options. If you opt for the base model, you get cloth seating, which can be heated optionally. Chrome interior accents give it an upscale feel, and if you’d like to add a bit of leather the steering wheel and shifter knob can be leather-wrapped.

If that’s not luxurious enough, the top of the line SL ups the ante with all leather seating. It features a six-way power-adjustable driver’s seat and a four-way passenger seat. The front seats are heated, as is the steering wheel. Dual-zone air conditioning is standard, while a panoramic sunroof is optional.

Technology

The L trim level comes standard with a seven-inch touchscreen and a four-speaker sound system. If you decide to upgrade to the SL, you’ll get a nine-speaker premium Bose sound system instead, with speed-sensitive volume.
